DOOM Eternal accomplishes everything it sets out to do, and does it with fluidity and style. From weaponry, to mods, to movement abilities, to the stages and arenas which help you showcase how optimally you can use all these in combination is staggering. Although the principles of movement first, shooting second is going to be the dominant strategy and has always been in games like Doom, everyone is going to play Doom Eternal differently. There are a serviceable amount of the aforementioned mods, runes, abilities & masteries which gives legs to different strategies that invariably emerge.
