Cyberpunk 2077 News – CDPR Reveals Future Plans For Cyberpunk 2077 & Witcher!

A developer Q&A where details on Cyberpunk 2077, E3 2020, ESRB and PEGI Ratings, Review Copies, and a brief timeline of the future of CD PROJEKT RED and both the Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises are going to be discussed in today’s Cyberpunk 2077 News video!

In a recent meeting with journalists, CD PROJEKT’s Adam Kicinski took the opportunity to highlight some standout points about Cyberpunk, CD PROJEKT Red and their future plans.

First, he mentions that Cyberpunk is still on-track for a September release and has now been submitted to age rating agencies in PEGI and ESRB. This will be the first-time people outside of the studio will get a chance to play the game, and this process of giving the game a rating typically takes around a month. Whilst the copy of the game being sent out is not the final version, it is complete enough to be sent out to third parties, at least for a rating designation. Just like with The Witcher series CDPR are aiming for a mature or 18+ rating for Cyberpunk 2077.

Echoing this sentiment, Adam Badowski took to twitter to mention that they were pushing the game for its ratings, that as they continue to playtest and debug, and 2077 is looking better and better every day.
Kicinski mentions that the game is huge and that with the new deadline there is more breathing room to operate. He also mentions that there is much less work after hours, although some do still work quite hard.

Preorder wise, Cyberpunk 2077 has sold more preorders than The Witcher 3 assuming the same period of time.

Kicinski also mentions that reviewers will get a specially protected version of the game a few weeks before it’s premiere and that the embargo will last up until the weekend before the release date. No details on at what capacity review copies are being issued, but as it stands right now that is still quite far away.

In a statement about E3 2020 and the state of the world Kicinski mentions that if events are canceled, they will show things through the power of the internet. With E3 2020 now being cancelled, this means that digital content drops during the same time windows as what they had initially planned for E3 2020 is likely.

When it comes to the marketing of Cyberpunk, Vice President Piotr Nielubowicz mentions that this will be heavily weighted in the few weeks before release.

When it comes to The Witcher, Kicinski mentions that there would be no Witcher 4 and that that particular arc would remain a trilogy. At the same time, he mentions that they do still want to do Witcher games, and their settlement with Andre Sapkowski confirms this.

Adam Kicinski also mentions that after the launch of Cyberpunk 2077, that they want to do a little more in the studio and produce 2 to 3 games at a time, but it will take a couple of years before they are ready for this.
Elaborating he mentions that the company wants to have two large teams that produce games.

As for the near future the largest team in CDPR will be implementing the online multiplayer Cyberpunk game, the next big team will be responsible for Cyberpunk DLC, and the third team will be dealing with the next single AAA game, which they have a concept for. The third team would be the smallest from the outset but would grow as the project advances.

The timeline would look as follows. Cyberpunk 2077 releases, then DLC and expansions would come next, followed by the Multiplayer element in 2022. After this there would be a 4 to 5-year dev cycle where the next Triple A RPG would release.

Now although not explicitly stated the assumption here is that this will be a new game in the Witcher universe. Badowski has also taken to Twitter to mention that The Witcher is still on their minds but they are not ready to talk about any other projects. Furthermore, they have talked about the dual franchise model of The Witcher and Cyberpunk going forward, with a potential staggering of releases of these two franchises, but keep in mind it has yet to be confirmed.

I also want to mention that there are a few scam sites trying to piggyback off the hype of Cyberpunk 2077, so be very cautious about this. Early keys are not being issued, and although this site looks legit it is not so just be wary.

Cyberpunk 2077 – 8 Things You Missed In The Gameplay Sneak Peek Trailer!

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 video we are going over 8 Things you missed in the Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Sneak peek trailer. If you guys haven’t seen it yet it is an unlisted video on the Cyberpunk 2077 channel, but we did see it live at E3 prior to the release date reveal.

First we have a look at what could be lootable books in the world of Night City. It seems like paperback books have not ceased to exist in the dark future, and in the character creation hybrid scene for the demo, we see a stack of 3 books and another book cover as the view pans to male V. Now we could have books here because the area is in Pacifica which is a poverty-stricken gang infested district, and it could lack more technological innovations and chips previously seen but that’s just my speculation. The books we see is Sayonara station, rewiring synaptic pathways, the chronicles of titania and the maxtac way. Sayonara means goodbye and is borrowed from Japanese. The maxtac way is likely an interesting book on the methodologies of the Psycho squad who are also referred to as the maxtac. These are the scariest law enforcement group in Night City who focus on hunting down and killing Cyberpsychos who are on murderous rampages under the grip of Cyberpsychosis. Next we have the chronicles of titania, again not really sure what this would be about, Although Titania is the name of a character in Shakespeares play a midsummers night dream. At the top we have rewiring synaptic pathways, which as someone who loves psychology intrugies me. Rewiring neural pathways is a pretty common practice in rehabilitative psychology. Again this might have something to do with Cyberpsychosis as cyberpsychos usually need braindance as a rehabilitative method, which is essentially reqiring your neural pathways using hyper realistic VR.

Next up we have a sports arena in the background of this shot somewhere in Pacifica. In a couple of frames we see that there is a athlete wearing what looks like Football gear, and we know that combat sports are a part of the lore of Cyberpunk. We also see the teams which seems to be the corsairs versus a team whose logo is a dragon in the shape of an S which seems to represent San Diego, but regardless this seems to be confirmation that there will be sports other than boxing in the world. Now Pacifica is pretty run down so it’s also possible the advertisements has just been left there unchanged for a long period of time and sports were a big thing in this district BEFORE it turned into a hellhole.

Next up we have a little placeholder from the movie theatre scene where you are holding up NetWatch agent Bryce Mosely. If you guys remember the E3 2018 art for Cyberpunk 2077s on site booth, youll remember that this was exactly what they had inside. The theatre is projecting the same image, and I’m going to assume it’s a placeholder and there will be a legit movie playing when we get in the game. Obviusly there seems to be a ton of movie posters in the world, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility.

Next we have an audio snippet during the trailer when meeting Placide. Male V can be heard saying Mr. Hand sent me am I right for the job. Now this got me thinking as to which Hand V is referring to. It would be obvious to assume Johnny Silverhand, who is the digital ghost AI attached to the immortality chip in Male V’s brain, but we also recently got an image where the possibility of Morgan Blackhand was questioned. If this scene in the screenshot is before our expedition to Pacifica, maybe Morgan Blackhand is part of the story and is sending us on a mission of some sort.

Next we have the hacking sequence where Male V jacks int the panel. If you look very closely, this panel belongs to Petrochem one of the biggest megacorporations in Night City that have yet to be confirmed in Cyberpunk 2077, although it is implied with the use of CHOOH2 in our super cars. Petrochem is an Agircorp, and the worlds largest producer of CHOOH2 in Cyberpunk 2020. There’s also some intriguing data on the side, one being the name of Valerie Sutnar writing the program or code for this panel. And the little code at the bottom that resembles steam wallet codes or digital content codes you guys can use to redeem for something online. I tried this on GOG already, although I did notice it a while ago so it’s probably been used if it is a code. Regardless, you can try and test your luck or decipher if that’s what it actually is.

Next we have the BIGGEST revelation of all, the fact that they still use toiler bowl cleaner in Night city.

Finally at the end, we have what looks like the Militech logo as we are netrunning into the deep web with Brigitte and some of the voodooboys. It will be interesting to see if Militech owns a lot of these servers, or if they are funding the Voodooboys and Militech’s involvement into netrunning if any.

Cyberpunk 2077 – E3 2019 Private Demo Details & Breakdown!

Today we are going to talk about the 50 minute Private Gameplay demo shown for Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 2019 during the E3 2019 on floor event.

Getting to the Demo we first customize out character briefly and pick a background of either street kid, nomad or corporate.

The demo takes place in the middle of the game, and we play as obviously V in the decrepid and battered coastal region of Pacifica. In this screenshot we see that it is in-fact the combat zone. Against V’s will he has been implanted with a protype biochip which is the key to immortality. Johnny silverhand who is a digitized hologram ghost also accompanies V in visiting a The Voodooboys for some help in understanding it’s properties. The voodooboys are a netrunning gang in Cyberpunk 2077 which contrasts slightly with the Voodooboys from 2020 who were violent frat boys. The voodooboys are of haitain descent and V believes their leader Brigitte can help her understand and unlock the biochip.

Male V is tasked with meeting with the Voodboys in a chapel during a sermon and it’s in this sequence we walk up to a poor man to engage in dialogue. Based on the choice we made at presumably the character creation screen, our backstory is named “Street Kid” and opens up an additional dialogue option with the poor man. This ties in perfectly with the narrative, as a street kid background would give you and the man the comfort of communicating. He ends up telling V that his best bet is to approach the Voodooboys is to head to a specific butcher shop and ask for Placide.

V heads to the back after he finds out Placide is hanging out back there, but they end up going to the Grand Imperial Mall, which is a hideout for a rival gang to the Voodooboys, The Animals. On the way V stops at a black market vendor where he picks up a Daemon program which unlocks some new netrunning capabilities, and a samurai jacket and some other clothes are also on sale.

When V reaches Placides office he tells V that he will take him to the leader of the Voodooboys Brigitte if he kills off their rivals The Animals. He also want’s V to jack into Placides hardware, which will allow him to see through V as he kills off the animal members.

V gets on a YAIBI KUZANAKI motorcycle and turns on the radio. This confirms different radio stations to listen to, and the motorbike is chockfull of popculture references. V approaches the Animals lair in a stealth and netrunning approach.

The animals are big brutes who have heavy mods. They likely have Big Knucks and Gorilla Arms like Dexter’s Bodyguard has in the trailer. They use a steroid “juice” for explosive muscle growth. Some of the Animal guards have an 18 over their heads which denotes their level.

There is a door we must go through and V can’t get through because he lacks points in strength, so V is forced to utilize a hack mini game where you have to align cameras to progress. V progresses to hack a training robot to knock out an animal member brushing up on his boxing skills and also a heavy weight set to crush an animal member during his gym sesh. We use a laser monowire.

At this point CD PROJEKT RED showed a different build approach to the demo, a strength oriented solo female V. V makes it to the van and scans the area before knocking out an Animal member and waking up other members in bunks. She proceeds to use a knife and a broken bottle on them in an all out brawl. She finds a revolver and we see a skill tree where Handgun skills are upgraded.

Back to Male V and his netrunner build. He gets into the van and learns it belongs to NetWatch an agency dedicated to fighting cybercrime and illegal online activites. NetCops and NetWatch are a part of the 2020 lore. They are spying on the voodooboys who are a threat to NetWatch.

V use the Daemon program to hack into Animal members protecting a NetWatch agent before holding him up.

CD PROJEKT RED again swaps to the tankier female build and shows off where it left off. Sasquatch the animal leader who sports a huge hammer, and a weak point in her back.

She proceeds through a Cinema up to a NetWatch agent called Bryce Mosely. Mosley suggest Placide has double crossed her and that they want to get rid of V. The player has the choice to believe him or not, and decides to stay loyal to the Voodooboys and jacks into Bryce.

Something goes a miss and Silverhand tells V the voodooboys has used her, and Placide freed Brigitte from the Net where she was taken hostage by NetWatch and fried Netwatch and V but her immoratlity chip likely saved her.

V takes now dead Mosleys money and V goes out and Placides goons lead her back to the Hideout. Placide and Brigitte are there, she and decks him in the face. Brigitte wants to talk to V and PLacide leaves before things get too heated. Brigitte knows about her Biochip and wants to make sure it still works. In exchange she promises V a word with Alt Cunningham, the first Netrunner to upload her consciousness to the net.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Everything We Know About E3 2019!

In Today’s Cyberpunk 2077 video we are going over everything you need to know about E3 2019 that we currently know going into it, from facts, to rumours and leaks. This is obviously going to be hyper specific to CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077. CD PROJEKT RED has claimed their biggest E3 ever, and how can you not when you have a massive poster like this enticing E3 attendees in LA, so let’s get into what we know about E3 2019 thus far.

Let’s start with June 9th where we will most likely see a Cyberpunk 2077 showcase or presentation of some sort at Microsoft’s E3 briefing. Rumors and speculation is a gameplay and or CGI trailer of some sort, gameplay showcased, and a possible release date. This showcase will likely be longer than what we saw last year with just the minute and a half E3 trailer at the end.

A NeoGaf user who claims to be an insider also mentions a gameplay trailer, a progress update on the game and a tentative release window. If you guys want something fun to do during this conference check out our friend NightCityLife’s E3 2019 Bingo card for Cyberpunk 2077 and play along.

Earlier yesterday we saw our first leak of what could be the collectors edition that could possibly be announced at E3 with this image online. In the original post the user says A friend of mine sent this to me over Discord. It’s in Polish which is why the logo on the bottom-right is CD Projekt instead of Warner Bros as CDP are publishing the game in their homeland of Poland. This looks really well done to be a fake especially the little Night City postcard render and the artbook cover. The fact that they’ve got this ready to go makes me wonder if we’ll be seeing a release date for 2020 at the Microsoft Presser. What do you think, Era?

Some users speculated that it might be a fake or a standard edition instead of a CE and put it next to a Witcher 3 standard edition, which it looked very similar content wise to. The “collectors edition” leak has been debunked by CDPR community manager Lilayah as not being a collector’s edition, but it still could potentially be a standard or middle tier version. There was also an image of a big box leaked online featuring Cyberpunk 2077 but the concensus seems to be it being a press kit or promo display materials for a game store post E3 since the background seems to look like a Gamestop or EB Games.

When it comes to the on floor event for attendees at E3 CD PROJEKT RED has confirmed that they will have a public showcase for the first time. They are partnering with Warner Bros their North American Distributor for a Cyberpunk 2077 public showcase where people at the event will be able to check out the game, being played by CDPR staff in the (South exhibit Hall?). There is also a private demo in the business area, which will be on hour long and will be shown off to influencers and media, but again not playable as staff will be guiding the demo. These events will not be streamed live or uploaded after the fact.

So what’s the difference between the public and private demo? The private demo is likely longer than the public demo but other than that CDPR can obviously not tell us at the moment. They are both held in theatres however. I found some images on twitter from CDPR reps and employees that have shown off what these booths could look like and they feature a really awesome samurai design. They are also sporting the employee jackets which seem to be reversible from the last news video we were speaking on.

Now for us at home, CDPR has also said there will be surprises and content for us as well and that we should not worry and that we won’t be disappointed. The game has become Quite Different than last years demo and this is likely due to them fully fleshing out some of their Work in progress mechanics and designs.

Now moving onto June 12th we have 2 notable CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077 events, that you guys are going to want to participate in or keep your eyes on.
First we have co founder and jouint CEO of CD PROJEKT RED Marcin Iwinski at the E3 coliseum with Geoff Knightley to hold an event called the past present and future of CD PROJEKT RED. If you guys remember last year Kyle Rowley and Miles Tost were on the Coliseum. The presentation will last 30 minutes and we will most definitely get some more in depth answers than last year about the game where they were incredibly vague and couldn’t answer anything other than rudimentary questions.

Next we have a Developer Q&A via Tumblr. As far as I know you need a Tumblr account to ask questions and I’m not quite sure why they chose Tumblr, but hey if you guys want your questions answered go ask them here. Also please look at official FAQs and videos before you ask questions because I know there will be a ton of questions they’ve answered time and time again, especially if you guys are just learning about 2077 to go check out some resources, videos, FAQs before you ask via this platform.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – “Quite Different” Game Change, 100 Million Pay Out & CD PROJEKT RED!

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 news we’ll be discussing a new interview which reveals a ton of details, including Cyberpunk 2077 being vastly different from it’s E3 2018 build, Some new release date forecasts based off of CD PROJEKT RED’s stock forecasts and their plans for a incredibly large shareholder payout, Mike Pondsmith and the RTalsorian crew visiting CDPR for some low-key Cyberpunk business, Cyberpunks influences from some stand out RPGs which you have likely heard of or played, Gunplay mechanic details, easter eggs, some new design hires as well as some countdown to the dark future details highlighting lethal melee weapons.

Moving on to the Cyberpunk 2077 news section we first have a new Spanish interview from AreaJugones where they interview Cyberpunk 2077 quest director Mateus Tomasczkiewicz whete they learned some incredibly deep details.

In a question asked about how different the game is to the gameplay demo shown in 2018, Mateus responds that there wasn’t a clearn picture of how the game fits into an open world or the larger image of the game at that point. There was a ton of things they didn’t show yet, and they are still working on things. He goes on to add that he would say that the game is pretty different to what they showed last year, but with many details still being in motion.

The next question was if there was any pressure to connect the characters in Cyberpunk 2077 to the audience in the same way as
Geralt and Ciri were for the witcher games. Mateus responds with that they’ve made some big efforts on this and that there will be some very meaningful characters which the public will remember.

In a question about easter eggs in Cyberpunk 2077, Mateus responds with “That they currently have some in mind, but it would be difficult to say how many since they are mostly implemented near the launch of the game.

Next in the interview Mateus was asked a variety of questions about the gunplay mechanics and combat system. Whilst he mentions that Cyberpunk 2077 is an RPG first and foremost, he also mentions that there are more ways to progress and complete quests and that they have a good amount of mechanics that are based on this concept that they haven’t showed yet. Mateus also mentions that the game will feature a wide range of weaponry. Based off of this, I think we are going to see some of the stealth and hacking mechanics more in depth in the coming months as well as some new tech weapons.

In terms of actualy gunplay he also states that Cyberpunk 2077s combat cannot be compared to something like Borderlands or Bulletstorm and that you will need to take cover and can’t just jump around to avoid enemies. He does mention however that if you are using a katana or a melee weapon, gameplay tends to become slightly more arcadey and brawley.

In terms of inspirations Mateus notes that some of the big ones were the Deus Ex series, The Elder scrolls series and Vampire Bloodlines mainly due to how much possibility each of these titles offer.

Next we have some information with big release window implications. According to this polish economics website, CD PROJEKT will pay out 100.9 million Zwo-te which equates to 93% of their profits in 2018. Companies generally like to do this when they are about to have a surge in revenue or can stabilize themselves with sales, and this is further evidenced by some analysts growth expectations chart that shows a surge in earnings starting at 2020.

Now why is this relevant? Because a surge in revenue and earnings would likely be tied to a Cyberpunk 2077 release. Again this has big implications and the financial site even claims the premiere of 2077 is near.

Next we have news about Mike Pondsmith and the RTalsorian team visiting the CD PROJEKT RED studio recently. RTlasorian makes the source material of 2077 in Cyberpunk 2020 and 2013, so it’s interesting that they chose now of all times to visit the studio. It’s known that they’ve gone to discuss Cyberpunk 2077 and their Witcher pen and paper game, but it strikes me as curious timing.

Finally we have some countdown to the dark future details wehere we look at some of the more deadly Melee weapons of the source material of Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk 2020. These aren’t guaranteed to be seen in the game, but it gives us an idea of what might.

In episode 112 we learn about the BigRipp implant, which is a blade of up to fourteen inches in your forearm. Simply flex the right muscles and the sharpness pops out. This is the first evolution of 2077’s mantis blades.

In episode 113 we learn about a vat grown seven inch length of bone, reinforced with polymer also installed into the forearm known as a Bonespike.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – Xbox E3 Conference, Release Leak Rumor, Cross Gen!

In Todays Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk news we are discussing Microsofts official announcement of their conference at E3 where Cyberpunk 2077 will likely have a large presence, a Finish release date leak that may hint at Cyberpunk 2077 release dates we’ve discussed in the past for a Cyberpunk 2077 launch, PS5 specs and what that could mean for Cyberpunk 2077 and what a cross generational release could look like, and some countdown to the dark future details from the creators of Cyberpunk 2077’s source material, RTalsorian games.

First up in todays Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk related news we have confirmation of Microsoft’s Xbox conference date at E3. Xbox took to twitter earlier last week to make the announcement and this is where we will most likely see Cyberpunk 2077s showcase. E3 2018 featured a brilliant hacking sequence and a world premiere of the Cyberpunk 2077 trialer, and this year CDPR has promised it’s Largest showcase ever, even bigger than some of their Witcher 3 related E3’s according to their financial summary.

This years e3 xbox briefing takes place on Sunday June 9th at 1pm PT or 4 PM eastern. Not only has Cyberpunk 2077 and CDPR promised their biggest presence at E3 but Microsoft has as well and with the absence of Sony this year, Microsoft really needs to hit it out of the park for the convention. Set your timers because you are not going to want to miss this conference.

Next we have this finish release date leak that was made aware to me by my subscribers in some of my comments. Now this is from a Finish company called Pelimies with the date of October 18th 2019 as a Release date. This does align with other leaks we’ve had in the past from namely Turkish Bilkom + Territory Studio so this does give more weight to these assumptions even though they are to be taken with a grain of salt. Much like both of those leaks, Pelimies has since deleted their “slip up”.

Next up we have the PS5 specs and what that means in terms of the fidelity of a possible port. Again CDPR heavily hinted at Red Engine 4 being able to take the cross generational leap, and that they are keen on doing so, so these details are relevant to these statements. The PS5 offers a GPU capable or ray tracing, a CPU created from AMD’s Ryzen line, a specialized SSD, backwards compatibility and 8K resolution support. This puts it more on part with high end PCS than the previous generation of consoles. Backwards compatibility means that you can likely play your PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077 and that if its ported, the PS5 version of 2077 will come with additional perks and obviously a higher fidelity experience. The speciliazed SSD, 8k support and red endgine 4 could be a very potent mix and a new revolution in gaming and how we view video games all together. Im very excited about what this intial next generation news could mean for 2077.

Finally we have some countdown to the dark future details which features melee weapons from the Cyberpunk source material. Many of these have the potential to show up in Cyberpunk 2077 so these are always nice to go through.

In episode 107 we learn about Scratchers. Scratchers are essentially metal or carbo-glass replacements for peoples fingernails and can be used like a razorblade. This cyberweapon is discrete and are design to only slice during crossward movements and are one of the few cyberweapons that are legal and available at any local clinic.

In episode 108 we have Vampires, which are implanted fangs. A full set replacing all teeth is known as a sharkgrin special and vampires are usually decorative unless they are augmented with poison injectors. Rippers are deadlier versions of cracthers and are 3 inch blades which pop out from the fingernails.

In episode 109 we have wolvers, which are essentially wolverines blades. They are a full foot in length and telescope out of the hands when you make a fist. BigKnucks are for brawlers who need some cyberware that will reinforce their fists. These increase the weight and striking power.

Before we go I’d also like to wish a happy belated birthday to Mike Pondsmith, the visionary for the source material of Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk 2013 and 2020.

Cyberpunk 2077 – E3 2019 Confirmed & Speculation!

In todays Cyberpunk 2077 news and speculation we are looking at E3 2019 being confirmed and speculating as to what we will see from Cyberpunk 2077 and CD PROJEKT RED

Now E3 2019 is still around 100 days or 3ish months away but today we are talking about the recent confirmation that CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077 will be at E3 2019. Cyberpunk 2077 took to twitter yestesterday to announce they will be attending E3 2019 from June 11th to 13th. With Sony not being present at E3 for the first time in 25 years, and with Cyberpunk 2077 being all but silent for the 6 months since the big 48 minute gameplay reveal, I thought we would speculate what we could expect to see from CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077 at E3 this year.

I wanted to first bring up how much more impactful Cyberpunk 2077s presence will be at E3 2019 due to Sony not attending this years conference. Althought this is a big blow to the conference overall, This gives so much more room for 2077 to take the spotlight and for lack of a better term carry E3 to having a good conference.

Next let’s talk about a release date and E3. With all these 2019 and early 2020 rumors, and with the fact that they have given us a decently sized gameplay demo and a gorgeous e3 2018 trailer, I think it would be logical to expect a release date reveal at E3.

Going along with that train of thought, I think we will likely see a CGI trailer or gameplay trailer in general from Cyberpunk 2077. I think a release date reveal would fit perfectly at the end of one of these trailers. The Witcher 3 had some of the best trailers in gaming, so expect any trailers for 2077 to be just as good.

With rumors of the next generation Xbox being announced at E3, I can see a parallel announcement that Cyberpunk 2077 will be a launch title on next generation as well, which could be huge for Microsoft if they can announce it before Sony.

When it comes to CD PROJEKT REDs actual presence in the venue, I have a theory that their booth will be a bar much like E3 2018s Atlantis bar. According to this tweet there will be beer, and CDPR did replicate This lore based Atlantis Bar for visitors to relax in, poundd back a few Ciderpunks, as well as view the E3 demo.

Having a different bar like The Afterlife for this years E3 with people potentially being able to get their hands on a demo, would fall in line with a consistent presentation when it comes to the lore of Cyberpunk.

If there is a more hands on demo, my guess would be that it would feature a new quest or quest segment and they will want to showcase the city at Night, as well as some of their new mechanics like the fluid class system and cinematic dialogue system.
I think it’s also safe to assume we will get a variety of different screenshots and concept art slides.

CDPR has a larger marketing budget this time around, and that likely means we will get more content as a whole. From The Witcher 3 announcement trailer to launch there were around 27 official videos between, so expect for official 2077 content to start ramping up.

If the reasonable predictions by many fans for a Q4 2019 or Q1 2020 carry any weight, this is the biggest showcase / platform of the year that CD PROJEKT RED will have to promote their game. Yes, they can release things at anytime and they most likely will judging by the surprise release of the Gameplay Reveal, but there’s a reason these conferences are so important for developers.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – Epic Store & Gameplay Details!

In todays Cyberpunk 2077 News + Details video we have Epic store exclusivity, PAX + E3, Gameplay details about Cyberware, mods and mod support, character and story details, morality meters, Collectors editions, Clubs and Bar and Cyberpunk 2077 and CD PROJEKT RED’s development team size vs The Witcher 3.

First up we have the official Cyberpunk 2077 twitter page tweeting out some new designs and art.

Next we have details about the epic launcher. Now we don’t know anything about the PC version other than the fact that it will be on PC, but it seems CD PROJEKT RED has indeed shot down the idea that it will be an epic store exclusive. To be honest, we knew this was coming because CD PROJEKT owns GOG.com, a digital distribution platform for games and films, and it will most likely launch there as well as Steam.

Next we have just how many people are working on the project.
Now we’ve known these numbers loosely for some time, but we finally have concrete details that the team that is bringing us Cyberpunk 2077 is 60% bigger than the one that gave us The Witcher 3. The workforce numbers are in the 400s with a big jump in employees from the 250 working on The Witcher 3 at it’s peak.
Next We have a couple of details including gameplay demo and collector’s edition plans. In the CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077 forums, we had a question by a forum member who wanted to know if we were going to get a demo limited to one area of the map, much like what we saw in the 48-minute demo. Now we did get an answer and It seems like this is something they are not looking into at the moment. This has been asked a couple of times, so there’s your answer for those that are curious.

Next we have collector’s edition plans. This was via the Cyberpunk 2077 twitter where someone asked if collectors editions will be exclusive to PC, since this is a trend that is starting to emerge with some developers. We have confirmation here that when and if they do come, they will be on PC, X1, and PS4.

The next question is in regards to a morality meter and if it will be available. This was asked in the Cyberpunk forums, where it was answered with “We won’t do any arbitrary morality meter for cyberpunk. We try to handle these things in a more organic way, by tracking choices and how those choices affect people around you. A ganger in the city wouldn’t care if you told a fixer to take a hike but maybe the fixer remembers or the ganger and fixer are buddies in which case new situations will arise. We want to keep it as true to real life as possible.”

We also have questions on Mods and mod support, to which CD PROJEKT RED responds that they are focusing on making the game for now, but potentially later. We also have another detail from a while ago that we haven’t really talked about in Harvesting implants. It seems we won’t be able to harvest implants from dead NPCs and we’ll have to go to our ripperdocs to upgrade them.

Next we have CD PROJEKT RED winning accolades of Best developer at the Steam Awards 2019. Adam Badowski head of studio and game director of Cyberpunk 2077 responded with a brief video and mentioned that whilst being named best developer is an honour, it’s also a responsibility to always go the extra mile and put more love into everything they do, and promises that everyone on the team is super hard at work to make Cyberpunk 2077 a quality release.

Next we have PAX EAST. Let’s look into upcoming PAX East in March which is only 45 days away. Now Back in 2015 The Witcher 3 had a presence at PAX 2 months before it’s 2015 release and before 2015’s E3. Now look at just how much we got from The Witcher 3 when PAX East finally hit. New gameplays, interviews, details and more.

PAX and E3 are big for video games in general and for that I’d say those are two shoe-ins to see new details from Cyberpunk.

Next we have some new Cyberpunk world building details from the makers of Cyberpunk 2077’s source material. Here we have details of Bars in the world of CYberpunk, so let’s look at the Night City specific ones and what we may be seeing in 2077.

First we have Club Atlantis, which occupies the top 3 floors of the piper memorial sports arena.

Next we have Forlorn Hope, founded by John “The Professor” Freeman. This is a bar frequented by veterans of the central American war. Now If you guys watched the last Johnny Silverhand video I made, we made mention of him being a Central American vet, so maybe this is a place he’d go to. Many of its patrons are former soldiers looking to get back in the biz and the bar itself doesn’t advertise.
Since there are a lot of soldier, mercenaries and solos, the Professor runs a safe house for those who are on the verge of Cyber-psychosis and need a place to lay low, detox and get some help.

Finally, we have the coolest Bar in my opinion called The Black Hole which takes place in earth’s orbit on the Crystal Palace. This is a fancy orbital habitat with wealthy and influential residents.
