Cyberpunk 2077 News – AMAZING Developer Answers & Details! (Quests, UI, Weapons, Clothing & MORE!)

In Today’s Cyberpunk 2077 News and Details video we are taking a look at 2 articles which I stumbled upon after my last News update featuring Alvin Liu which gave a lot of amazing new details which I thought It deserved it’s own segment, just because there is so much unique information to unpack here. One interview is from WCCFTech, and the other was a German site called PCGamesHardware. Now the German one has been roughly translated so take some of these details with a grain of salt, but let’s get right into some new information from the game we have yet to hear.

Starting with the WCCFTech interview. The first question from them is in regards to the E3 2019 demo and the dominant theme of people in the world attempting to upload human consciousness into machines to attain immortality.

Liu responds as follows. There’s a lot of things we’re trying to do. The Voodoo Boys specifically are very obsessed with that, but other gangs such as the Maesltrom gang we showed last year want to becom “perfect humans” We explore it all as it’s a very big game and we will talk about Transhumanism, and corporate greed as well.
When it comes to romances, Lu confirms that you can exhcnage money for sex, and that NPCs have been richly crafted in a similar way to Yennefer and Triss in diversity in regards to certain NPCs tou can romance.

Next we have a question regarding how many corporations will be in the game. Lu responds saying that he’s lost count and that there will be both big and small corporations. He references the standouts as Militech, Arasaka and Orbital Air oddly enough as some of the main entities. I say oddly enough because in our CYbeprunk 2077 community Podcast Cyberpunk 2077 community manager Lilayah kind of squashed theories that we would be heading to space, and Orbital air is a corporation in charge of this.

When asked if there are factions beyond gangs and corporations, Liu mentions the Nomads, who have very strong ties to family and community and reject being a corporate slave or even working for gangs. Liu mentions we will be able to go to the outskirts of the desert in California and see things like power plants, and abandoned highways. He also mentions this is the best place to max out the speeds of your vehicles since It is hard to do in the city.

In a questions about commiting crimes and if the police come after you, Lui mentions that if you start to wreck havoc in a big town, people will come and try to stop you and they are pretty powerful, and mentions that Trauma Team is one of these enforcing entities. If you are in an isolated area, it’s comparable to the witcher in that if you chop the head off a villager in the middle of nowehere, guards wont just magically show up.

They also ask if it’s possible to get arrested and go to jail, to which Lui coyly mentions that he can’t spoil anything about that. Maybe we get locked up in the slammer and depleted of resources if we take it too far.

As far as dynamic weather goes, Night City is incredibly polluted, and has acid rain as a feature and they’ll be some exploration on pollution, and global warming.

Lui also mentions that the entire city is unlocked from the get go, and that the UI will help lead players to different locales. You will be able to see all these higher leveled characters and enemies just like in The Witcher, where you could say go to Novigrad or Skellige underlevelled but you may have a hard time actually completing any of the quests.

Difficulty settings were also something mention by Liu where he speaks on the fact that there will be multiple difficulty settings, and that there is a hardcore mode where the UI is turned off, which will be a real challenge. They also want to make the game accessible to those who aren’t accustomed to shooters with smart weapons which help you aim.

He also mentions a FoV slider, and subtitles for people who have trouble reading some of the smaller text in the game.

Lu also speaks on unlocking super rare outfits due to super high street cred and being able to see this with mirrors in game and via the character inventory screen. You will also be able to craft and modify your weapons. For example Alvin Liu mentions that you can change a guns ammunition to thermal bullets which light on fire because they’ve built up so much heat.

He ends this particular interview by mentioning that they are showing off ray traced emissives, sky light and ambient occlusion and that he’s seen screenshots internally that have looked better than the demo, so that it’s still a WIP and they are still upgrading the visuals.

Next lets jump to his answers in the PCGameshardware interview.
Our first new interesting detail is when they ask about how open the world of Cyberpunk really is, and what paths we could have taken during the E3 2019 demo.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – Pushing Boundaries, 2077 Lore Book & Low End Hardware Optimized?

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 video we will be talking about Cyberpunk 2077’s GOG sales, GOG’s Night City news series, some new Interviews where we learn about Implants, Keanu Reeves and clarification on what he is, Actors and actresses in the world of Night City, Pushing the boundaries in gaming, Optimization for consoles and lower end PCs, Religion in Cyberpunk 2077, Killing Big NPCS and much more more.

Next up we have this awesome new release for Pre order from Dark Horse Comics called The World of Cyberpunk 2077. This is described as an insightful, captivatingly designed, full-color hardcover that transports readers to the futuristic megalopolis of Night City. This is an extensive examination of the rich lore of Cyberpunk 2077 with 200 pages of goodness. If you guys are into art, or learning about the world of Cyberpunk this is a must buy. Pre orders are live, so head on over to Amazon and reserve a copy.

Next up we have details on how Cyberpunk 2077 will look on low-end PCs and modern consoles. In an interview with WCCFTech, CDPR’s Alvin Liu was asked a question regarding the optimization for lower end hardware, since many have become wary that their machines will not be able to run Cyberpunk 2077.

Alvin responds as follows. We have a very custom engine, the RED Engine. We’re targeting consoles as first class platforms and it looks amazing there.

Next we have A couple awesome details. When it comes to the music of Cyberpunk 2077 it seems like CDPR has added Paul-Leonard morgan to it’s team of composers. If you guys have seen 2012’s Dredd, he composed the soundtrack for that movie which is a fairly strong soundtrack in my opinion. He also shared a snippet of his work, which seems to be featured in the gameplay sneak peek trailer.

When it comes to attacking NPCS we will be able to be aggressive to most of the people you meet, other than children or NPCs connected with the plot.

Next we have details that every 3rd copy of Digital versions of Cyberpunk 2077 have been pre ordered from GOGcom a subsidiary of CR PROJEKT GROUP. This is awesome because CD PROJEKT GROUP collects 100% of the money upon purchase and it’s a great way to support developers who are actually making good games these days. If you haven’t already consider pre ordering via GOG and show CDPR that we appreciate their hardwork and consumer friendly policies.

Speaking of GOG, the entire team is so hyped about Cyberpunk 2077 that they have decided to launch a new magazine called the Night City News where they will post updates about the game. In issue #1 they feature their 2019 version of Chippin in by legendary chrome rock music band Samurai, played by the REFUSED, a brief synopsis on netrunner T-Bug and the nature of her betrayal in the 2019 CGI trailer, a brief synopsis of Pacifica, the cosplay contest details, and some details on nonlethal settings on weapons to neutralize enemies. This is all stuff we have covered, but it’s nice to glean over again. Also they have provided a high quality do it yourself Cyberpunk 2077 poster you can print out. Trust me when I say if you guys hang this up in your room youll be getting all the babes.

Moving on to an interview with Game Media we have more from mateusz tomaszkiewicz . When asked what other Hollywood stars he’d like to see in the game apart from Keanu he says “I love Meryl Streep .. I love the Devil wears Prada, and it would be a great to have her as one of the characters in the game” he goes on to mention that “She could totally be one of the big corporate characters in the game.”

Cyberpunk 2077 – 8 Things You Missed In The Gameplay Sneak Peek Trailer!

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 video we are going over 8 Things you missed in the Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay Sneak peek trailer. If you guys haven’t seen it yet it is an unlisted video on the Cyberpunk 2077 channel, but we did see it live at E3 prior to the release date reveal.

First we have a look at what could be lootable books in the world of Night City. It seems like paperback books have not ceased to exist in the dark future, and in the character creation hybrid scene for the demo, we see a stack of 3 books and another book cover as the view pans to male V. Now we could have books here because the area is in Pacifica which is a poverty-stricken gang infested district, and it could lack more technological innovations and chips previously seen but that’s just my speculation. The books we see is Sayonara station, rewiring synaptic pathways, the chronicles of titania and the maxtac way. Sayonara means goodbye and is borrowed from Japanese. The maxtac way is likely an interesting book on the methodologies of the Psycho squad who are also referred to as the maxtac. These are the scariest law enforcement group in Night City who focus on hunting down and killing Cyberpsychos who are on murderous rampages under the grip of Cyberpsychosis. Next we have the chronicles of titania, again not really sure what this would be about, Although Titania is the name of a character in Shakespeares play a midsummers night dream. At the top we have rewiring synaptic pathways, which as someone who loves psychology intrugies me. Rewiring neural pathways is a pretty common practice in rehabilitative psychology. Again this might have something to do with Cyberpsychosis as cyberpsychos usually need braindance as a rehabilitative method, which is essentially reqiring your neural pathways using hyper realistic VR.

Next up we have a sports arena in the background of this shot somewhere in Pacifica. In a couple of frames we see that there is a athlete wearing what looks like Football gear, and we know that combat sports are a part of the lore of Cyberpunk. We also see the teams which seems to be the corsairs versus a team whose logo is a dragon in the shape of an S which seems to represent San Diego, but regardless this seems to be confirmation that there will be sports other than boxing in the world. Now Pacifica is pretty run down so it’s also possible the advertisements has just been left there unchanged for a long period of time and sports were a big thing in this district BEFORE it turned into a hellhole.

Next up we have a little placeholder from the movie theatre scene where you are holding up NetWatch agent Bryce Mosely. If you guys remember the E3 2018 art for Cyberpunk 2077s on site booth, youll remember that this was exactly what they had inside. The theatre is projecting the same image, and I’m going to assume it’s a placeholder and there will be a legit movie playing when we get in the game. Obviusly there seems to be a ton of movie posters in the world, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility.

Next we have an audio snippet during the trailer when meeting Placide. Male V can be heard saying Mr. Hand sent me am I right for the job. Now this got me thinking as to which Hand V is referring to. It would be obvious to assume Johnny Silverhand, who is the digital ghost AI attached to the immortality chip in Male V’s brain, but we also recently got an image where the possibility of Morgan Blackhand was questioned. If this scene in the screenshot is before our expedition to Pacifica, maybe Morgan Blackhand is part of the story and is sending us on a mission of some sort.

Next we have the hacking sequence where Male V jacks int the panel. If you look very closely, this panel belongs to Petrochem one of the biggest megacorporations in Night City that have yet to be confirmed in Cyberpunk 2077, although it is implied with the use of CHOOH2 in our super cars. Petrochem is an Agircorp, and the worlds largest producer of CHOOH2 in Cyberpunk 2020. There’s also some intriguing data on the side, one being the name of Valerie Sutnar writing the program or code for this panel. And the little code at the bottom that resembles steam wallet codes or digital content codes you guys can use to redeem for something online. I tried this on GOG already, although I did notice it a while ago so it’s probably been used if it is a code. Regardless, you can try and test your luck or decipher if that’s what it actually is.

Next we have the BIGGEST revelation of all, the fact that they still use toiler bowl cleaner in Night city.

Finally at the end, we have what looks like the Militech logo as we are netrunning into the deep web with Brigitte and some of the voodooboys. It will be interesting to see if Militech owns a lot of these servers, or if they are funding the Voodooboys and Militech’s involvement into netrunning if any.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – TONS of Developer Answers & Details! (Customization, Weapons, Gangs & MORE!)

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 and Cyberpunk 2077 video we have a super packed news episode for you including leveling up your weapons and weapon proficiency, an entire recap and breakdown of the 2 hour podcast featuring CD PROJEKT RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 community manager Lilayah where we learn a ton of amazing details, a tweet of things to come, The Tygers Claw Gang, Cyberpunk Red’s new box art reveal, a huge info dump from Pawel Sasko the Lead quest designer for Cyberpunk 2077 + more!

Getting right into the news we first are going to go through some of the pivotal questions and answers from our Q+A session with Lilayah from CD PROJEKT RED.

The first question we got answered was in relation to the music direcion. The direction has changed drastically. Refused is the first band they are collaborating with and Refused’s music will be represented by the Samurai band in game.
Lilayah also mentions that based on these details that the 2019 Chippin in version will be the one they use in the game and the 2018 version has been scrapped.

Next we have a question about why Johnny Silverhand has dark hair in 2077 when in the source material of 2020 he has blonde hair. They will explain this in game in depth in game, but Lilayah drops a hint that The immortality chip has gone from hand to hand and this could be the reason why Johnny is no longer blonde.

When it comes to how much of Cyberpunk 2077 is CDPR’s vision compared to Mike Pondsmith’s vision, Lilayah mentions that it’s more like a 75 / 25 split in favor of CDPR with Mike confirming that things don’t break the universe.

When it comes to explaining the lore, they will have lore explanations as part of their content drops.

Apartments unfortunately won’t be customizable and we can only have on apartment overall, but they have an internal decision to make regarding vehicle customization.

Our next new detail we learn from Lilayah is that Cyberware can also be removed and replaced.

Map size is a question CD PROJEKT RED has gotten frequently. When asked about the Badlands Lilayah mentions that the nomads will play a larger part in the story.

When it comes to the dismemberment system, you will need powerful weapons to actually dismember an enemy. You won’t be able to harvest body implants from the body.

When it comes to space travel, Lilayah mentions we wont be able to go to space in 2077.

With the introduction of potentially having non-binary characters, V will still be called V although they are still writing the dialogue.

When it comes to gangs, the 6 districts will have a main gang or gangs, and there will be sub gangs like the scavs in each district. The Tygers claw and Valentinos are the new one that seems to be just as big as the voodoooboys and maelstrom.

Clothing wise, yes you will be able to swap out clothes at any time and the lifepath option you pick will change how you are initially dressed.

Surrendering to the police and wanted levels won’t work like they do in GTA, but you will have to hide and lay low if you create too much destruction in Night City.

Next we have an interview with Miles Tost where he explains a very interesting gameplay mechanic. In this interview Miles mentions that Weapon skills increase from usage, and the more you fire or use your weapons the more proficient you will become at them like in real life. As you train and use your weapon the crosshair gets smaller and tighter, accuracy increases, recoil drops and reload speed increase. The shooting range and boxing arena will be a way to train these mechanics and feature an increased learning speed buff.

Next we have even more developer answers to questions that the twitter community have been firing off to Lead quest designer for CD PROJEKT RED Pawel Sasko,

First we have a question from a user asking if you can dress like a corporate, to which Sasko responds that there will be a ton of equipment options including corporate attire.

When it comes to vehicles Pawel mentions that you are able to buy vehicles in the game, although some unique ones can only be obtained in quests.

Next we have a couple quick details.
We also have some of the audio designers from CD PROJEKT RED taking in some of the sights and specifically sounds of Tokyo.

Before I forget I also wanted to add in one more thing, which is a new Cyberpunk 2077 article in a Chinese magazine showing off some new screenshots from the demo as well as the new Superbike in the game.

Next we have a tweet from again Cyberpunk 2077s community manager Lilayah cryptically hinting at something we will see very soon, with an image of the girl from the E3 trailer modyfing herself with her missing jaw. There’s been some speculation it’s a character creator, which Lilayah has debunked.

Finally we have the reveal of Cyberpunk Red’s box art for the Jumpstart kit coming out on august 1st at GenCon. We also get our first shot at the dice for Cyberpunk red.

Cyberpunk 2077 News – ALL Details, Info & News From E3 2019!

Today we are going over ALL the news, details and information from E3 2019 when it comes to Cyberpunk 2077. This will include every single tidbit of NEW information compiled from all the articles and videos out there at the moment. This will include new mechanics, story details, gameplay elements, world building details, hacking vs tankier builds, new gangs and districts and more.

Getting right into the juicy news we first have some of the new images from Cyberpunk 2077 and some details and information to go along with them. CDPR shared screenshots from the Public and Private demo showcases on multiple platforms which highlight the world of Pacifica, The voodooboys and more.

We also have new Steelbooks as preorders from some of the retailers for Cyberpunk 2077. These steelbooks feature the new gangs. We have the Maesltrom from Watson, The voodooboys from Pacifica, The Tygers Claw and the Valentinos. Mateus Tomaskiewich has made mention that the 6 districts of Night City will each be run by a certain gang or faction and that there will be sub factions amongst them. There is also the Badlands segment on the ourskirts of the world and will feature 2 Nomad factions, the aldecaldos and Raff and shiv.

When it comes to districts and new areas there is also Cyberspace. In the world of Cyberpunk 2077 there is a black wall which seperates the original Cyberspace in the lore from Cyberpunk 2077’s localized networks.

When it comes to mini-games there is a Boxing / mma mini game with a series of matches, as well as car racing and a shooting range at the Second Amendement with Wilson.

CD PROJEKT RED also released beautiful new Cyberpunk 2077 concept art.

When it comes to the CGI trailer many have been asking if this is an integral part of the story arc. This is representative of a mission in game and you will be able to influence the result based on how you play. When it comes to Male V’s voice actor, it’s been confirmed that it is Gavin Drea.

Now we all know that Keanu Reeves is Johnny Silverhand in the game, and we have some interesting details about him. First He was approached a year ago to get on board with the project. He is an integral part of the story and is the #2 character other than V with the most dialogue lines. They had 15 days of voice recording for Keanu and he is a digitized consciousness connected to the immortality chip. The way you develop your relationship with Johnny impacts the way you play, and the quests and scenes that you see. CDPR said if it wasn’t Keanu for Silverhand they didn’t want anyone else.

Moving onto the Gameplay mechanics, this new demo CD PROJEKT RED was showing was focused more on these nuanced mechanics. First we learn that the Childhood hero tab has now been replaced via their Life path system. This includes a backstory of either a street kid, corporate or nomad. This influences options further on in the story as you progress, and unlocks new dialogue potentials for those who share similar backgrounds.

There is also a perk system connected to your skills which will also unlock varied dialogue options when interacting other people. The perks in the demo included Pistols, rifles, blades, shotguns, twohanded, hacking, assassinations, cold blood, sniper rifles, engineering, melee and athletics. Perks will allow you to improve your effectiveness with specific weapons, and unlock new weapons and abilities.

When it comes to using companions and drones they have only confirmed the Spiderbot which can have new abilities unlocked as you level up your Techie skill tree. You will be able to play the entire game without killing enemies.

When it comes to vehicles, you will be able to have multiple and you can keep them in garages. You will be able to summon them like roach, likely due to smart link or auto driving feature. You will be able to steal cars and drive through crowds of people but be wary of the governing force of the districts you do this in. Yes you will only have one apartment instead of multiple, as they have gone back to the drawing board for this feature.

When it comes to modifying yourself with Cyberware, there is the option to play an almost no Upgrade human path. The base augments you will need include the Kiroshi eye and the subdermal grip shown in last years demo. You will be able to exchange most of your body, legs, spine and more but not to the degree of the Maelstrom.

NVIDIA has announced full real time ray tracing support via RTX technology.

When it comes to endings, there will be a ton of endings, with sub endings and variations to each ending.

Mike Pondsmith the developer of the source material also mentions how at the beginning of development CD PROJEKT RED’s weapon design was too shiny. He wanted bug, ugly and brutal guns that reflect the gritty atmosphere.

Mike expects that there will be a port to next gen at some point in the future. Mateus expects that censorship will be similar to the witcher 3 and be largely region based.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Top 10 Cyberware! (From 2020 Lore!)

in Today’s Cyberpunk 2077 we are talking about the Top 10 Cyberware and Cybernetic Implants and Augmentations that we can see in Cyberpunk 2077 that originate from the Cyberpunk 2020 source material. We have a ton of unique, useful and wacky things on this list, so be sure to stick around to see what augment takes that #1 Spot.

At #10 we have Spike heels, spike hands and ripper hands. These augmentations are exactly how they sound. A spike heel is a 6” spike protruding from the heel that allows the user to dish out some serious kick damage. It can also be used similarly to the mantis blades in that is allows you to climb and anchor yourself to various structures.

A spike hand is a hardened titanium spike which telescopes out of the wrist and through the lower palm. It can also be useful for climbing and assassinations.

Ripper hands are similar to spike hands, but think of it more on par with wolverines blades. The only difference is that they can originate from the wrist and upper hand.

At #9 we Have Pain Editors. Pain editors are coprocessors that plug into a central neural processor. A central processor allows you to interface with computers, databases, machines and vehicles.

Pain editors override the pain receptors of the brain making the subject immune to torture, deprivation and physical assault. Once the editor wears off you feel the entirety of the pain, but in a heated moment can be useful for focus and mental acuity.

At #8 We have the Dartgun Cyberoptic. Again this one is pretty self-explanatory and mix optics with discrete weaponry. This is an optic which carries a poison dart that can be fired from it and can penetrate a variety of different types of armours.

At #7 we have Superchrome. Superchroms is a limb covering that as you can imagine is completely chrome. You can chrome out your legs or arms like Johnny Silverhand, or take a more extreme approach with full chrome like Lizzy Wizzy.

At #6 We have the Biomonitor. The biomonitor is Probably one of the most useful pieces of cyberware in the world of Cyberpunk. It is the favorite of solos and gadget freaks and is mounted just below the skin of the forearm. The biomonitor gives a constant readout of pulse, respiration, brain waves, blood sugar, temperature and cholesterol levels.

At #5 we have the Wearman. The Wearman is most likely a play on the Walkman, which believe it not first came out in 1979. A variant of a radio splice, the WearMan mounts twin vibration speakers on your mastoid bones making your skull into an audio system of concert hall quality. A chip mount is set onto your earlobes and music chips are plugged into them, all fashioned to look like earrings.

At #4 we have techhair, synthskins and light tattoos, some of the brightest pieces of fashionware in the Cyberpunk world. Tech hair are strands that are infused with reactive chemicals. Some are temperature sensitive and change color and shape dependant on the weather conditions. Techhair can be implanted into mohawks, weaves, full hair pieces, beards, moustaches and other, how shall I say, more discrete locations.

At #3 we have Nanosurgeons which are technically a Bioware implant. Nanosurgeons are microscopic machines adapted to surgical repair. They are inside your body and are responsible for repairing damaged tissue, bone, tendons with microstitching.

At #2 we have Reflex chips which are a part of Chipware. Reflex or APTR chips are placed into the previously mentioned neural processor, and is like having instantaneous skills whenever you want them. They range in a variety of physical skills and reflex based skills like firing a weapon or hand to hand combat.

At #1 we have everyones favorite augmentation the Mr Studd sexual implant. Now we don’t know a whole lot about what it actually does but the catchphrase used is “all night every night and shell never know.” now this is probably in regards to your extracurricular stamina, but there’s not too much more of a description for us to glean over. All I know is augmenting your genitalia is quintessential Cyberpunk zaniness. There’s also a female version called the Midnight Lady

Cyberpunk 2077 News – Gamescom, Weapon Details & Lady Gaga!

In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 news video we’ll be detailing Lady Gaga and celebrity presence in 2077, why it’s not what you think it is, Weapon optics and attachments, A New Cyberpunk 2077 tweet, CD PROJEKT RED’s presence at upcoming Gamescom, some Countdown to the Dark Future facts.

First on today’s news segment we have Cyberpunk 2077 weapon customization details. We now have confirmation via twitter that weapon optics will be customizable. This is great news for those of us who prefer certain styles of crosshairs and optics when it comes to shooters. I personally prefer this v shaped red dot on my sights, or some of the more simple crosshairs, but I know there are holographic loyalists, traditional red dot fanatics, and even people who prefer ironsights, so it should be interesting to see how this will make the gunplay more dynamic and interesting. In a past news episode we mentioned how in a French interview with Maciej Pietras that you might be able to swap the hand you hold your weapons in as well, which just adds to this customizability potential.

Next we have the confirmation that CD PROJEKT RED will be at Gamescom 2019 running from August 20th to 24th. For those thinking CDPR would actually release the game during or after E3 this kind of puts a stake in your theories as they will presumably be sharing more details on Cyberpunk 2077, much like how they did in 2018. CD PROJEKT is listed as one of the companies attending Gamescom, so hopefully after E3 we will get some more amazing details on Cyberpunk 2077.

Next in Cyberpunk 2077 news we have rumors of Lady Gaga being associated with some work for CD PROJEKT RED on Cyberpunk 2077. Way back we talked about celebrity possibilities in Cyberpunk 2077, when it was mentioned by a reddit user that Kanye West was following Cyberpunk 2077 on Twitter, and this intriguing tweet that Cyberpunk 2077 sent to Lady Gaga. It does seem that according to French publication ActuGaming, Lady Gaga was spotted in the CD PROJEKT RED studio, and was rumored to be doing motion capture work. I can see her doing some voice acting as well, which to be honest wouldn’t be a half bad thing because it gives Cyberpunk 2077 more notoriety and she might do a certain role in the game justice. It’s also been speculated that her character could be Lizzy Wizzy, a popular musical celebrity in Night City, but we currently aren’t sure. Now to me, If I hear an NPC in the game or even if its Lizzy Wizzy, ill probably recognize Gaga’s voice and associate that character with her and it will kind of strip me out of the experience.

Next we have a tweet from the Cyberpunk 2077 twitter, which is as vague as it is curious. Now they tweeted this gif of a robot popping some popcorn and cracking a cold one. Obviously this robot is readying himself to be enjoying some sort of entertainment. Now is this an analogy for what we will be doing shortly? Is it in response to the whole Lady Gaga rumors where they are sitting back and watching us implode with speculation and guessing? Are they just really savage trolls? Who knows, but something tells me we should sit back and get ready for some incoming fresh content. First person to comment that im grasping on this one gets a virtual high five because I agree.

Next we have some Details via Countdown to the Dark future about the cyberpunk lore. In episode 73 we learn that most Americans in the world of 2020, the source material for 2077 eat kibble, which are dry grainy nuggets with vitamins and a small amount of protein. It sounds like something a dog or a cat would eat, and we can see Kibble in V’s apartment in the Gameplay demo. Kibble comes in a variety of flavours and textures and makes up 70% of the average American Diet.

SCOP is also part of the American diet and is vat grown protein which mimics a variety of different foods. SCOP is more expensive than Kibble.

In episode 79 we learn about fire arm companies BudgetArms and Dai Lung. We see BudgetArms in the gameplay demo, makes the tech shotgun and both companies make firearms that are affordable. The C-13 from BudgetArms is half as much as the Federated Arms X-22, and we use a federated arms vindicator machine pistol in the demo. Maybe this means V isn’t as poor as the average Cyberpunk. Dai Lung Cybermag 15 is even cheaper than the C-13 whilst still rivalling the X-22.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Is This OUR REAL Future?

Is a Cyberpunk 2077-like Future, Realistic? In today’s Cyberpunk 2077 we are talking about if OUR future will look like Cyberpunks, as well as some reasons why our real world is heading towards many of the things that Cyberpunk 2077 showcases.

Everything from Braindance to it’s real world comparison, to talking about a lesser known project Elon Musk is working on and it’s Cyberpunk 2077 comparison, to Orbital Air being a possibility for us, to real world Cybernetics, to modern day Cyberpsychosis, as well as real life megacorporations from the past and the future will be discussed in this video.

First let’s look into Cyberware. In 2077 Augmenting the human body with Cyberware is as fashionable as it is practical. In fact augmenting the human body is pretty common + natural in the universe that Cyberpunk 2077 lies in.

Now prosthetics are popular in 2077, but people mostly get them out of choice. In our world it’s largely due to the need for amputees to get some normalcy back into their lives, and prostheses main functions are replace missing hands and limbs which make everyday life easier.

However we are moving towards more of a 2077 like way of handling prosthetics. For example Deus Ex a popular Cyberpunk game partnered with Open Bionics to make 3D printed arm for this amputee.

Not only this, but MIT professor High Herr who lost his legs in an accident, has also created real life augmentations to not only replace functioning legs, but to make them much more useful and powerful than our biological ones.

RealSkinn a tough skin like covering for your shiny new cyberlimbs or subdermal armor in 2077 is also starting to become a thing today. Something called “Viper-Skin” is being developed to go over prosthetics to create a more natural looking limb, which can also sense heat changes through it’s membrane.

Now in the world of Cyberpunk 2077, most pieces of tech can be controlled using a brain computer interface called a Neural processor. A Neural router is planted into the bottom of the spine to route signals to different types of cyberware as well as Smart links to weapons and vehicles. In our modern day, Elon Musk is developing a real life Brain computer interface called a Neuralink. This piece of tech also known as a Neural mesh sits within the brain and allows us interact with all of our devices wirelessly with our minds.

Even the USB jack styled cybernetic that we use in the demo is relevant in our real world. A brain can actually be tapped into and read of its intentions using nothing more than futuristic probes.

Brainiacs a boostergang in the world of Night City pride themselves on using skill chips and downloading a variety of skills on the fly. This is a reality in the making with a potential to implant yourself with a brain chip and approach 200 IQ levels.

Let’s also not forget Braindance. Braindance is the sensory drug of the future and what we’ve referred to as VR on steroids in Cyberpunk 2077.

With people literally binging Netflix and with VR becoming a growing industry, Netflix has caught onto the craze and will be implementing VR in the future.

You find a way to involve all the human senses into Netflix and mix VR into the equation and you essentially have the same tools and escapist sentiment as what Braindance offers.

Next let’s take a look at Cyberpsychosis. Cyberpsychosis is a mental affliction in 2077, where if you augment yourself with too many cybernetics, you start to dissociate from your mind and find yourself feeling more machine and human. In our reality, we face a different type of Cyberpsychosis. Social Media and internet addiction.

People are actually getting mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety based on how much time they spend online, these constant comparisons, the wealth of knowledge at your finger-tips, the validation of likes and comments on social media and more. This is our modern day Cyberpsychosis.

In Cyberpunk 2077 combat drugs are largely used by Military puppets and veteran solos as a means to becoming a super human or solider.

Militaries largely use psychoactive drugs with their soldiers to allow them to suppress hunger, sustain effort without food, suppression of fear, reduction of empathy, improving reflexes and more.

Reflex boosters and combat drugs allow the body to feel like time has slowed, and some modern day military drugs have the same effect, especially ones with adrenal responses.

Finally we have Cyberpunk 2077s megacorporations, comparisons to how corporations do business today, and the average human in the future.

The likes of Militech and Arasaka have become such big corporations in the world of 2077 that they supersede governments and Nations.

In our history we have had megacorporations like Hanseatic League and the East India Company who have dominated for hundreds of years in the case of Hanseatic League and made trillions in the case of East India Company.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Top 10 Most Exciting Features!

In Todays Cyberpunk 2077 video we are talking about the top 10 most exciting features in Cyberpunk 2077, why these are some of the tops features in Cyberpunk 2077 to look out for, whether they are things in the world or gameplay mechanics, and how each of these things have the potential to take Cyberpunk 2077 to the next level.

At number 10 we have photo mode. Now considering the world of Cyberpunk 2077 and Night City is flooded with detail, neon lights and cybernetically augmented individuals, this means that a potential photo mode here, will absolutely produce some amazing screenshots and I’m sure content creators will find unique ways to play around and create some beautiful highlight reels of each individualized epic moment in Night City. No details on how it will work yet, but confirmation that it will be there is intriguing enough to get us to start thinking about what we can do with it.

Next we have Back Storys. These specific back stories will unlock different possibilities and paths later on according to the narrator of the gameplay demo. To what effect these will sway the side and main quests paths is still to be determined, but options like having a rebellious rockerboy childhood hero vs a ruthless corporate god, gives a wide range of in game possibility. Key life events and why you are in Night City will define much of your background and there might even be more nuanced choices in the full release. It all ties in to having an insane amount of options, replayability and freedom.

Next we have one of my favorites the Inspect system. As it stands right now, the best way to learn about the world of Cyberpunk 2077 is to look at Cyberpunk 2013 and 2020 lore as well as wikis, sourcebooks and anything Cyberpunk that has come out of the makers of the source material of Cyberpunk 2077, RTalsorian games.

The answer to this is Cyberpunk 2077’s inspect system. You can closely analyze an item or piece of tech you have found in the world to see its history, whats its used for and all the intricacies of it.

At number 7 we have romances and relationships effecting the story. Your sexual escapades in Cyberpunk 2077 can develop into fully fledged long term romances, and you can choose your sexuality whether that be gay lesbian or bi.

At number 6 we have the reworked dialogue system. This is what CD PROJEKT RED is calling their directive scene system where they are trying to blend gameplay with cinematic elements.

At number 5 we have vertical rather than horizontal exploration. Each floor will house many activities and people and the world can be huge upwards and downwards. As we know these vertical megabuildings will feature hand crafted details, making each exploration up to the top or down to the bottom unique and entrancing.

At number 4 we have the weapons, their mods, perks, attachments and even melee options like bullet deflecting Katanas. SO far we have seen a tech blunderbuss with an alternate wall penetrating firing mode, a machine pistol with a richocet bullet mod, and a smart rifle featuring homing bullets and tracking of enemies.

Next up we have CD PROJEKT RED and Cyberpunk 2077’s vision of a fluid class system. This fluid class system will let you swap between 3 different archetypes on the fly. These 3 classes are the Solo, which is the soldier class, The Netrunner, which is the hacker class, and the Techie which is the crafting and engineering class.

These abilities will allow you to do everything from hacking enemies weapons and networks, to running on walls and double jumping, and these will only play one part in the complex combat system of Cyberpunk 2077.

At number 2 we have the net. One of the most intriguing elements of Cyberpunk 2020 and 2013 lore, the Net is a netrunners playground where we can discover hidden systems, firewalls and security programs all out looking to fry your brain.

At number 1 it’s all about the cyberware and cybernetics. In this vision of a Cyberpunk world, Cybernetics and cyberware are absolutely everything. From helping out with day to day functions as well as being useful in linking weapons and vehicles to our central nervous system using a routing cybernetic, this tech will be a central point to the world of Night City.

Cyberpunk 2077 – Frequently Asked Questions! (FAQ – Part 2!)

In todays Cyberpunk 2077 video we have part 2 of our Frequently Asked Cyberpunk 2077 Questions including Damage Types, Red Engine 4, Tattoos + Piercings, Female Companions, Levelling up and Stats, Politics, DLC and Expansions as well as supported languages
.
First we have Just exactly what engine Cyberpunk 2077 will be run on. Now the witcher 3 ran on Red Engine 3, and Cyberpunk 2077 will run on Red Engine 4, an upgraded version of their last red engine. I know a ton of games, don’t update their engines, but Red Engine 4 is the next evolution in CD PROJEKT RED’s lineup.

Next up is if there will be tattoos and piercings. There will be a multitude of customization options and we do see tattoos, and piercings. There is a slider with tattoos including this MAX TAC Forever tattoo and in the gameplay reveal you can pick 10 preset locations, the color of the tattoo as well as the glow color.

Piercings are also available in this menu, although we don’t get to see what options we have. We’ll probably get more traditional spots and jewelry, as well as some fancier more punk types of piercings.

Next up we have damage and damage types. I’ve seen some questions about only seeing physical damage in the demo, and if there will be additional types such as energy based weapons. Whilst weapons will fall into tech, power and smart categories, weapon damage specifically will be either Thermal, EMP, Physical and Chemical. We can see these damage types after we use our Kiroshi optic to analyze targets weaknesses and our Samurai jacket has resistances to these specific types of damage.

Next we have a detail about companions. We mentioned companion systems in part one, but a question that has been asked is if Jackie specifically changes based on what sex of character we personally choose in our playthrough. If we choose a male, Jackie stays male and the interaction between Male V and Jackie will be different.
Now female companions will be featured in the game, so worry not about diversity there.

Next question is when did production actually start on the game, and what is CD PROJEKT RED’s Marketing plan. Contrary to what many believe, full production started only after the Hearts of Stone Witcher 3 DLC was released. This means that CD PROJEKT RED has only been in full production of the game since 2015, making 2019 the 4thyear they have had full focus on 2077.

Marketing and planning is not done on the fly and is instead carefully crafted before-hand. The promotional campaign is already fully planned out and will rely on the best element, surprise. We’e already seen this with the surprise of the gameplay demo which we got hit with out of the blue.

Next is a question about running the game on the base model of the xbox one and PS4. It Seems like a lot of people are worried that they’ll need to upgrade to an Xbox one x and PS4 pro. Check out this recent tweet where CD PROJEKT RED says any PS4 will do when looking to run the game.

Next is Progression and what avenues we can take to level up and increase our characters stats. Now there are a variety of different attributes you can assign points into. As you level up, you can put more points in whatever respective attribute you want to increase based on how you want to play Cyberpunk 2077. You can also increase these attributes by installing and upgrading your body cybernetics and cyberware. Skills which are in different trees, are increasing by successfully performing actions like hacking, crafting and by using everything from melee to ranged weapons. Perks that your character can use are unlocked via Street cred, which is obtained through missions and sidequests . General XP is gained through actions throughout the world.

Next we have concern over politics being in the game. Now The genre of Cyberpunk by nature is layered in political and social commentary. That’s kind of the whole the point of the genre of Cyberpunk. This does mean indeed that politics will be involved in the game. Cyberpunk is about people at the top amassing all the power, and everyone else being filth and struggling in poverty. CD PROJEKT RED will not be shying away from this due to the genre being inherently political, and the franchise will follow suit.

Next we have if we can expect the same policies of Free DLC and Expansions like TW3. We’ve seen their stance on this when they say “Expect nothing less than what you got with the witcher 3 when it comes to DLC and Free expansions. As for DRM, CP2077 will be 100% DRM free on PC, meaning you will not need an internet connection and you could theoretically pirate the game, although I’ll always advocate against that, especially if you want to support a great developer.

Finally we have What languages will be supported in Cyberpunk 2077? So far we have English, polish, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Hungarian, Czech and Arabic.
